In Santa Catalina there is the famous wave of the Santa Catalina point, where several ISA circuit events have taken place. A powerful and consistent wave that lasts up to 14/15 feet in the rainy season and breaks with less size and power in the dry season.
There are also other breaks for different levels, such as:
Estero Beach. Beach break for all levels, quite frequented, works with all the tides and there is the option to start with surf lessons or improve your level. It is a long beach with several waves to give you a surf baptism, accompanied by your friends or walk a little more and surf more away from the people.
Punta brava. For the most daring, high level of surfing and quite demanding. You can take baths only, or in the company of a few people, nothing else.
Punta roca. It works with enough swell, especially in the rainy season. It is also a demanding reef break, for experienced surfers.
We organize trips to explore other waves on the coasts of Veraguas, on the islands of Cébaco, Coiba and Morro Negrito, with surf guides.
